Art Market Melbourne represents and sells prints of young Melbourne artists and local illustrators online. The brand mark needed to reflect the energy of the playful young artists they showcased. They needed a stamp-like mark that could be stamped onto packaging and collateral if required.

Identity Concept


The organic painted stamp mark playfully houses the type lock up while the crimped line connecting the a and m is a nod and representation of Melbourne’s Yarra and is carried out as a visual device throughout all collateral. As not to distract from a range of colour palettes already present in the artworks themselves the brand mark remained mono.
