To celebrate Kay and Burton’s 80th year in business and their partnership with the National Gallery of Victoria Tofu Agency was engaged to develop a new campaign for their Melbourne community. I worked to roll out both print and digital collateral assets with the art director during the campaign.

Campaign Concept

‘Making real estate an art form since 1938’. This concept was communicated through considered photography that highlighted strong angles, shadow and textures of house architecture. Kay and Burton pride themselves on their expertise and a strong eye for detail. Secondly, their audience’s enthusiasm for art, architecture and modernism paved way for a photographic approach.
