Today was engaged to work with IPC Health to redesign and rebuild a new online presence that would support people to find services and understand IPC’s holistic offerings. Throughout the research phase of the project, we learnt that both users and internal staff believed the existing site could be more welcoming and house improved and concise content.
Our focus was to create an engaging experience that reflected the diverse nature of IPC Health, provide users with valuable and accessible content, and support users with clear pathways to service information and support. We also worked with the IPC Health team to introduce a digital contact form as a first feature step to support clients in avoiding call wait times for less urgent inquiries.
Discover and define
We conducted a community survey, and staff interviews to uncover user and internal business insights, needs and pain points.
DesignWe tested visual directions and confirmed user needs by running user interviews and content prioritisation workshops, and used these insights to inform key page designs and roll-out.
Build and deliverWe worked collaboratively with IPC and the Today development team to prioritise features and scope designs for MVP.
